Tovar.sk feed for Shopify

Tovar.sk is a small Slovak price comparison site with a flat listing fee, and a feed vocabulary of its own. Its page says it reads “your Heureka XML feed”, but the table it publishes is the old Heureka 1.0 shape: availability in hours, a required price-before-discount element and DUES for fees. Feedflock's Tovar.sk template follows that table, not the Heureka you know.

A discount is two prices here, and both are required.

Tovar.sk's table makes OLDPRICE_VAT (the price incl. VAT before the discount) a required element beside PRICE_VAT. Feedflock fills it from your compare-at price and falls back to the selling price when nothing is discounted, so the element is never empty and a real markdown shows as an old price and a new one.

Listing on Tovar.sk is a flat fee: 30 € a month or 580 € for life, ex VAT. There is no per-click bidding to manage, so the cost of the channel stays predictable.

Sold-out stock stays listed

Unlike Heureka, Tovar.sk lets a sold-out item stay in the feed as AVAILABILITY -1. Your catalog stays complete instead of losing products the moment a size runs out.

Technical details

Tovar.sk's registration page promises to load your products from “your Heureka XML feed”, and then publishes an element table from Heureka's 1.0 era. AVAILABILITY counts hours instead of days, OLDPRICE_VAT and DUES are required elements in their own right, CATEGORYTEXT joins the path with “/”, and the EAN must be exactly 13 digits.

Just as important is what is not in the table: no ITEM_ID or ITEMGROUP_ID, no DELIVERY block, no VAT element, no alternative images. A feed copied from a current Heureka template would carry elements Tovar.sk does not know and lack ones it requires. Feedflock's Tovar.sk template is written against the table itself, element for element.
