Market-aware pricing, and feeds that set themselves up

Feeds now read prices from the Shopify market they target, and Feedflock derives the feed URL and store name from Shopify instead of asking you to type them.

If you sell in more than one Shopify market, prices are no longer a manual exercise. Pick the market a feed targets and prices and currency come from that market's own price lists. The Czech feed prices in CZK from the Czech market, the Slovak one in EUR, with no conversion formulas in between.

Setup shrank too. Feed URLs and the store name are now derived from your Shopify data instead of being typed in, so there is one less field to fill and one less typo that sends a channel to a dead address.

The same round fleshed out the Google Shopping template's remaining field mappings and taught feed filters numeric bounds, so a rule like “price above 500” behaves the same way in every feed.
