Worten feed for Shopify
Worten is Portugal's electronics-and-everything retailer: a Sonae group company with some 240 physical stores and a marketplace in Portugal and Spain, running on the Mirakl platform. Selling there means two feeds: a products file with your content and an offers file with price and stock, one account serving both sales channels, Worten Online Portugal and Worten Online Espanha. Feedflock builds both from your Shopify catalog in Mirakl's semicolon CSV, hosts them on the two permanent URLs your Worten account polls, and regenerates them every hour.

You pay per sale, and the rate depends on the category.
Worten doesn't bill clicks. It takes a commission on every sale, 7–15 % by category, plus 29.99 € per month after the first twelve months (published terms; confirm the current ones in your account). Try the two ends of the range and see what a sale actually pays out, because the price in your offers feed is the number the commission comes off.
A discount is a second price with a calendar.
In the offers file, price carries the regular price (the compare-at price while the variant is on sale) and discount-price the discounted one, always lower, VAT included and in EUR like every Worten price. The window runs on a start and end date, and the one default discount applies to both sales channels, Portugal and Spain.
One main image, one extra by default. The rest are custom columns.
Worten is strict about photos: the main image is mandatory, on a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), PNG or JPG, at least 600 px, ideally 1200×900, with no labels, watermarks or pictographs. Worten's account takes up to ten images per product (Image 1–10); the template exports the main image plus one extra column by default, and further images are added as custom columns.
Catch feed issues before Worten does.
Before every generation Feedflock checks that every field the channel requires is filled, and, on templates verified against the channel's own spec, that the values fit its rules. Most problems are fixed with one click, without editing products in Shopify.
Setup
Live in five steps
From a bare Shopify store to a listed offer: the whole setup fits into one coffee break.
Register as a Worten seller
Fill out the registration form on Worten's marketplace seller page; registration is open. You must ship to Portugal AND Spain, provide Portuguese/Spanish content, price in EUR, hold a valid European VAT number and sell as a business; Worten prepares the merchant account and emails the login.
Install Feedflock
Add Feedflock from the Shopify App Store. It reads your products, variants, stock and images directly through the Shopify API.
Create the products feed
Choose the Worten template. Parent and variant IDs, the EAN, brand, Portuguese title and type, description, category and the main image are mapped; complete the Seller Center settings and paste the feed's URL into the account's products feed configuration.
Reconcile headers and wait out the review
On the first import, reconcile the columns against the operator Excel template in the account. Mirakl's mapping wizard maps columns onto attributes. Worten's content review can take up to 40 days before products appear; offers for products still in review are not live.
Add the offers feed
Create the Worten Offers feed: the regular price in VAT-inclusive EUR with a period decimal, quantity, an optional discount price with its date window and the lead time to ship. Paste its URL into the offers feed configuration. One price serves both sales channels.

The channel
Portugal's electronics leader, two countries in one account
A Sonae group retailer with some 240 physical stores and a marketplace in Portugal and Spain. One Mirakl account carries both sales channels (Worten Online Portugal and Worten Online Espanha), and one price serves them both.
Open registration a Czech s.r.o. can pass
No invitation needed: register on the seller page, ship to Portugal and Spain, provide PT/ES content and EUR prices, and hold a European VAT number. A Czech s.r.o. qualifies on every published requirement; the real cost is the content localization.
First year without the monthly fee
There is no setup fee, and the 29.99 € monthly fee applies only after the first twelve months. Commission runs 7–15 % by category and payouts land twice a month (published terms; confirm the current ones in your account).
The feed
- A template pair for the Mirakl split: the products feed for content and the offers feed for price and stock, both as semicolon CSV with a header line, hosted on the two permanent URLs the account polls
- The required set is mapped from the start: parent SellerProductId and variant SellerArticleId, the EAN with its EAN type, brand, Portuguese title and type, description, category and the main image
- Variant rows of one product share the parent ID, so sizes and colours group under one product the way Mirakl expects
- The three GPSR responsible-person fields (name, postal address and email) go in as static values once, for the whole catalogue
- Discounts travel as the regular price plus a lower discount-price with start and end dates, the way the offers file models a promotion
- Sold-out variants stay in the offers feed with quantity 0, because a row that disappears would keep its last quantity live on Worten
- Both files carry the same product selection, so no offer points at an EAN missing from your products file, and a readiness check flags empty required fields first
Deep dive
One account, two sales channels
- One Mirakl instance behind worten.pt and worten.es, exposed to sellers as two sales channels
- Worten Online Portugal and Worten Online Espanha are both activated by your Worten account manager
- Both channels price in
EURand one price serves them both - What differs is the language: Portuguese content is mandatory, Spanish optional but expected for Espanha
Technical details
Worten runs one Mirakl instance for two storefronts. Your seller account carries two sales channels, Worten Online Portugal and Worten Online Espanha, both switched on by the Worten account manager, and both priced in euro. There are no per-channel price columns in the offers file; one price serves both.
What you localize per channel is the content. Product name PT is the one mandatory title; the Spanish title and type are optional attributes you fill when selling on Espanha, and integrators treat both-language descriptions as required in the build step.
The products file: EAN, brand and a Portuguese title
- Required for every product: the
EAN, brand, product ID, product name PT (max 150 characters) and a specific type PT - Brand is capped at 30 characters and spelled exactly as the brand owner spells it
- Worten recommends the title structure [Type] [Brand] [Model] [Two main features]
- The main image: pure white background,
PNGorJPG, at least 600 px, no labels or watermarks
Technical details
The products feed carries the content, and the EAN is its spine: Worten accepts only products provided with an EAN, and the offers file attaches to products by it. Every product needs a brand (30 characters at most, spelled exactly as the brand owner spells it), a Portuguese title up to 150 characters and a type specific enough to understand what the product is.
The main image has strict rules: a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), PNG or JPG, minimum 600 px and ideally 1200×900, with no labels, watermarks or pictographs. Worten takes up to ten images per product, keywords for search, color, dimensions and weights, plus three GPSR responsible-person attributes (name, postal address, email) that are required per category.
The offers file: VAT-inclusive euros and quantity 0
- price is numeric with a period decimal separator, no currency symbol,
VATincluded,EURonly - discount-price is the sale price, always lower, with a start and end date
- Keep sold-out variants in the file with quantity 0, because a
NORMALimport does not delete missing rows - The condition code (state) is enumerated per operator, so read it from your account
Technical details
The offers file is where the money lives. price carries the regular price (the compare-at price while the variant is on sale) as a plain number with a period for decimals, no currency symbol, VAT included, in euro. discount-price carries the sale price, always lower, bounded by start and end dates.
quantity is the stock count, and a sold-out variant belongs in the file with an explicit 0: Mirakl's normal import updates the rows it finds and leaves absent ones untouched, so a dropped row would keep its last quantity live on Worten. The offer's condition is a code enumerated per operator, so the template leaves it empty for you to fill from the account; the only delivery-shaped column is leadtime-to-ship, the days until the carrier gets the parcel.
A wrong header is not fatal: the mapping wizard fixes it
- Worten's attribute set is not published; this template's columns are transcribed from integrator documentation
- The operator Excel template inside your seller account is the authority
- Mirakl's product import maps your file's columns onto Worten's attributes in a mapping wizard
- Reconcile the headers on the first import, then read the error report under Catalog → Product imports
Technical details
Mirakl publishes no product-file field table, because the columns are each operator's own. This template's column set is transcribed from two integrators running live Worten connections, and the operator Excel template downloadable inside your seller account is the final authority.
What makes a wrong header non-fatal: Mirakl's import maps your file's columns onto Worten's attributes in a mapping wizard inside the account. Reconcile the headers on the first import and read the error report under Catalog → Product imports. Codes 1001, 1004, 1005 and 1006 are the category-mapping failures, 2xxx the type and length validations.
Review first, then cadence
- Worten's content review can take up to 40 days before products appear
- Offers for products still in review are not live, so plan the offers feed around the review
- Observed cadence: offer publications about every 2 hours, product publications every 24 hours
- Mirakl reports per import: product errors under Catalog → Product imports, offer errors as import statistics and error files
Technical details
Product content goes through Worten's review before it appears, and the published wait is up to 40 days. Import the products feed first and plan the offers feed around it: an offer whose product is still in review is not live.
Once through, the rhythm is fast: integrators observe offer publications about every two hours and product publications every 24 hours, read from the two permanent feed URLs in your account. Feedflock regenerates both files every hour, so every poll reads current data, and Mirakl's per-import error reports tell you what did not make it.
The takeaway
Two permanent URLs, one for content and one for price and stock, regenerated every hour from templates that already speak Mirakl's CSV. Your Shopify catalog stays the single source of truth for both halves of every Worten listing, in Portugal and in Spain.
