Aukro feed for Shopify
Aukro, by its own description the largest Czech trading portal, sells products as fixed-price Buy now offers or as auctions. Unlike most marketplaces, its seller tool Manažer prodeje can re-import an XML file from your URL every hour, updating price and stock on running offers and ending the ones that sell out. Feedflock renders your Shopify catalog in exactly that import format and keeps the file current.

Your product types. The channel's categories.
The channel files offers under its own category tree. Feedflock suggests a category for each Shopify product type and you just confirm. One mapping covers every product of that type, including products you add later.
Catch feed issues before Aukro does.
Before every generation Feedflock checks that every field the channel requires is filled, and, on templates verified against the channel's own spec, that the values fit its rules. Most problems are fixed with one click, without editing products in Shopify.
Setup
Live in five steps
From a bare Shopify store to a listed offer: the whole setup fits into one coffee break.
Activate Manažer prodeje
On your Aukro seller account, activate Manažer prodeje (mp.aukro.cz), the tool that imports templates from a file and turns them into offers.
Install Feedflock and pick the Aukro template
Add Feedflock from the Shopify App Store and create a feed from the Aukro template. ExternalId, Name, Description, Quantity, BuyNowPrice and the images are mapped; offer type, duration and re-listing start on Aukro's own defaults.
Add category ids and a shipping price list
Map your products to Aukro's category tree so each offer carries a numeric CategoryId, and paste the id of a shipping price list from Nastavení → Náklady na dopravu into PricelistId.
Build the import template once
In Manažer prodeje, create an XML import and map its fields to the feed's elements. The feed uses the element names from Aukro's own sample file, so every row maps to the field of the same name.
Turn on automatic update
Paste the feed URL under Šablony → Export a import dat → Automatická aktualizace. The hourly run updates name, quantity, offer type and price on running offers; the daily run at 03:00 adds new templates and removes missing ones.

A Czech marketplace with its own buyers
Aukro is a marketplace, not a comparison site: shoppers buy directly on aukro.cz, at a fixed price or by bidding in an auction. No catalogue matching, no EAN required: every offer is your own listing.
A marketplace that reads your feed itself
Many marketplaces take data only through an API. Aukro's Manažer prodeje polls your feed URL: hourly for name, quantity, offer type and price on running offers, daily for new and removed products.
Sold out means the offer ends
An offer that arrives with zero pieces is ended automatically by the hourly update. You never sell stock you no longer have, and nothing has to be closed by hand.
The feed
- Renders Aukro's own import vocabulary: the element names, order and numeric codes from Manažer prodeje's sample file, so the import template maps one to one
- ExternalId comes from the variant SKU, falling back to the variant id, present from the very first file, as Aukro requires for every later update to pair
- One Template per variant, named product title plus variant title, so every size or colour is its own offer with its own stock
- Sold-out variants stay in the feed with Quantity 0, oversold stock is clamped to 0. The hourly update ends the offer instead of overselling
- Aukro's full public category tree is built into the category mapping, which writes the numeric CategoryId the import needs
- Up to eight images per offer: the variant photo as the cover (Image0), the rest of the gallery in Image1–Image7 without repeating it
- Description goes out as plain text, valid however Aukro decodes HTML; paid Highlights are never sent, so no promotion is switched on by accident
Deep dive
How Aukro's automatic update works
- The hourly run updates name, quantity, offer type and price of running offers, paired by ExternalId
- An offer that arrives with zero pieces ends automatically
- The daily run at 03:00 imports new templates, removes missing ones and updates every value
- Plain http or https on port 80 or 443, at most 10 MB and 1 000 products per update
Technical details
Manažer prodeje imports your XML file from a URL and keeps re-reading it on the schedule you set. The hourly update refreshes the name, quantity, offer type and price of running offers, and an offer that arrives with zero pieces ends automatically. The daily run at 03:00 imports new templates, removes the ones missing from the file and updates everything else.
The URL must be plain http or https on port 80 or 443, the file at most 10 MB, and one update may touch at most 1 000 products. A regularly updated feed also keeps your templates alive: Aukro deletes a template that has not been updated for 360 days.
ExternalId decides what gets updated
- Every re-import pairs on ExternalId: a match updates, an unknown id creates a new template
- The id must be in the very first file you import, not added later
- It must be unique per template: one per variant
- Change a
SKUand Aukro sees a new product, not an update
Technical details
Every re-import pairs on ExternalId. A matching id updates the existing template; an unknown one creates a new template instead, and the id has to be present in the very first file you import, not added later.
Feedflock fills ExternalId from the variant SKU with the variant id as fallback, so it stays stable between regenerations. Keep your SKUs unique and stable too: change one and Aukro sees a new product, not an update.
Categories by number, names with two limits
- CategoryId is a numeric Aukro category id, not a name or a path
- Without it, a template stays a draft and cannot be listed
- The offer name is capped at 70 characters, and no single word may exceed 30
- Aukro has no barcode element, so an
EANis not needed
Technical details
CategoryId is a numeric Aukro category id, not a name or a path, and a template without one cannot be listed. Aukro's category tree is public, and Feedflock's category mapping carries it, so you pick the category by name and the feed writes the number.
The offer name is capped at 70 characters, and no single word may exceed 30. A long unbroken product code breaks the second rule even inside the first. The default name is the product title plus the variant title; remap it if your titles run long. Aukro's import has no EAN or GTIN element at all, so products without barcodes list just as well.
Shipping comes from your price lists
- The feed carries no carrier codes: Aukro publishes no list of delivery ids
- PricelistId references a shipping price list you build once in Manažer prodeje
- At least one delivery option is required before a template can be listed
- TransportCostPayer says who pays: buyer by default, or seller
Technical details
Aukro's per-offer Shipment blocks need Aukro's own carrier ids, which are not published. Instead, the feed sends PricelistId, a shipping price list you build once in Manažer prodeje under Nastavení → Náklady na dopravu. At least one delivery option is required before a template can be listed.
TransportCostPayer says who pays for delivery, buyer or seller; free shipping above a threshold is an account setting, not a feed value.
The takeaway
One URL that Aukro re-reads on its own schedule, and a template that already speaks its import XML. Your Shopify catalog stays the single source of truth: every running offer follows its current price and stock, and sold-out offers end by themselves.
