moebel.de pulls; you host. The requirements ask for a static file on a stable URL, refreshed by a cron job, which is exactly what Feedflock produces. The feed is fetched several times a day, every fetch reads the full catalogue, and the only timing rule is a server-response budget: 60 seconds for the feed, 2 seconds for an image.

There is no self-service field to paste the URL into. Onboarding is a signed Kooperationsvertrag and an e-mail with your feed link to partner@moebel.de, after which a human maps your columns, so plan for one to five working days. New columns after go-live need five working days' notice, so the template's column order is worth settling before the first e-mail.

Nine fields are mandatory for every row, and moebel.de is blunt about the failure mode: without complete Pflichtfelder a product is not listed, and a data catalogue missing them cannot be imported at all. Every product also needs at least one image: JPG or PNG, at least 600 × 800 px portrait or 800 × 600 landscape.

The trap sits in art_lieferkosten. The field is required, yet an empty value is not an error. It is a claim that the product ships free. Shopify holds no per-product shipping cost, so the template ships the column empty and every merchant must fill it: a constant, or a metafield for furniture whose rates differ per item. Next to it, art_lieferzeit carries the expected delivery time as a duration with its unit, such as „3 Wochen“, never a concrete date.

There is no category taxonomy to map to. moebel.de assigns categories from the product title, so the title must carry the generic noun, not just a proper name: „2-Sitzer Sofa Iris“, not „Iris“. One hard prohibition applies: the product name may not contain the name of your shop, and 65 characters including spaces is the stated maximum.

The brand is read from art_marke and nowhere else; a brand hidden in the title does not reach the brand filter. If you want your own category tree considered, art_kategorie carries your shop's path, deepest level or full trail like „Wohnen > Sofas > 2-Sitzer“, but sending it is an opt-in moebel.de agrees and validates with you first.

art_preis is what the buyer pays at checkout: the gross consumer price, with comma or dot as the decimal separator and the currency in its own art_waehrung column. When a product is reduced, the roles reverse: art_preis carries the lower, current price and art_streichpreis the higher one. The strike price is a legal claim: the lowest price offered in the last 30 days. Feedflock emits your compare-at price only when it is genuinely above the selling price; that it satisfies the 30-day rule is yours to confirm.

Since the August 2026 requirements, every image carries an AI flag, and the one on the main image is a Pflichtfeld: 1 for AI-generated imagery (including generated room scenes a product was placed into), 0 for photographs, including cropped, colour-corrected or background-removed ones. An empty field is read as 0, and the correctness of the answer is explicitly your responsibility.
