Stileo feed for Shopify
Stileo is the GLAMI family's Italian fashion storefront, where shoppers filter clothing, shoes and accessories by size, colour, brand and price, in Italian and in euros. Its feed spec is Glami's spec translated, with the same per-variant XML. Feedflock turns your Shopify catalog into a Stileo-ready feed with one item per size and keeps it current every hour, so Stileo only ever shows sizes you can actually ship.

Raise the bid above your base, only where you want to.
GLAMI_CPC kept its name on Stileo: it is an absolute bid in euros, and it only counts above the base bid you set in the partner admin. So the base covers the catalogue and rules lift chosen products: a condition and a bid, first match wins. A product no rule matches goes out without GLAMI_CPC and stays on the base bid.
In the app a rule can test collection, product type, vendor, tag, price, purchase cost or a metafield, and its value can be a fixed amount, a metafield or Liquid, so a bid can follow your margin too.
Catch feed issues before Stileo does.
Before every generation Feedflock checks that every field the channel requires is filled, and, on templates verified against the channel's own spec, that the values fit its rules. Most problems are fixed with one click, without editing products in Shopify.
Setup
Live in five steps
From a bare Shopify store to a listed offer: the whole setup fits into one coffee break.
Register with Stileo
Create a shop account in Stileo's partner admin at stileo.it/partner-admin/registration. Setup is free; you pay per click and set your base bid there. Questions go to it.support@glami.cz.
Install Feedflock
Add Feedflock from the Shopify App Store. It reads your products, variants, stock and images directly through the Shopify API.
Pick the Stileo template
Create a new feed and choose the Stileo template. Stileo is one country, so there is no market to select: the template presets EUR, Italian and the Stileo.it root in CATEGORYTEXT, and the nine mandatory elements come pre-mapped.
Write your category paths
CATEGORYTEXT carries the gender, and Stileo wants it first in the path. Stileo publishes its tree at stileo.it/category-csv/. It is not built into the app, so you type the path; keeping the export open beside you is the safest way.
Paste the feed URL
Copy the hosted feed URL into the partner admin. Stileo downloads it every hour and Feedflock regenerates it every hour; the first categorisation of a new shop takes at least five business days.

Italy's own fashion storefront
Stileo is how the GLAMI family serves Italy: a fashion search engine where shoppers arrive looking for a garment in their size and filter by size, colour, brand and price. Your offers compete on style, not on a generic price grid.
Filters that match how people shop for clothes
Stileo categorises and tags offers from the product name, the category path, the description and the main photo. Gender-first paths, colour and material attributes and a clean product-only image put your items into more filtered searches.
Ranking you can work on
Position depends on your click bid, order-based popularity and feed quality: all mandatory elements, sizes in stock, deep categories, filter parameters, professional photos. The STILEO piXel ties clicks to orders so you see what each click brought back.
The feed
- The Stileo template maps all nine mandatory elements, with the size option sent as a PARAM and a warning on every item still missing a size
- Every size is its own SHOPITEM with a unique ITEM_ID, grouped under one ITEMGROUP_ID, exactly as the spec asks
- Sold-out sizes leave the feed by default; a size you sell on backorder stays in
- Every CATEGORYTEXT starts with the Stileo.it root, and gendered product types meet the gender-first rule by default
- The barcode goes out as GTIN (the family's element), and MANUFACTURER is left out for unbranded products, as the spec asks
- ITEM_ID defaults to the variant SKU: use the same value in the STILEO piXel and conversion tracking holds together
- GLAMI_CPC keeps its name on Stileo too: per-item bids in euros, raised only where your rules say so
Deep dive
Glami's spec, in Italian
- stileo.it/info/feed/ is the same document as Glami's: the same 20 elements in the same order, the same nine mandatory
- Same hourly download, same sizes
PDF, same 48-hour rule for a broken feed - Even the
CPCelement is stillGLAMI_CPC, and support answers from it.support@glami.cz - Stileo is one country: stileo.es redirects to glami.es
Technical details
Glami runs Italy under the Stileo brand, and stileo.it/info/feed/ is not a sibling spec: it is Glami's spec translated. The same twenty elements in the same order, the same nine mandatory ones, the same hourly download, the same crawler IP ranges, the same sizes PDF and a DELIVERY example that still shows Czech carriers, untranslated. Even the per-item bid keeps the GLAMI_CPC name.
What is Italian rather than Czech is local: the currency is the euro, the description is expected in Italian, the category export carries the Stileo.it root and the page insists the gender comes first in every path. And where Glami runs a dozen country domains, Stileo is one country: stileo.es redirects to glami.es, so Spain belongs to the Glami template.
How the Stileo XML feed works
- One
XMLfile on a publicURLthat Stileo downloads every hour - Every size and colour is its own
SHOPITEMwith a uniqueITEM_ID, grouped byITEMGROUP_ID - Sold-out products and sold-out sizes must not appear in the feed at all
- A feed that stays broken for 48 hours gets the shop hidden until it is fixed
Technical details
Stileo downloads one XML file from a public URL every hour. Unlike a price comparison feed, every size and every colour is its own SHOPITEM with a unique ITEM_ID, linked to its siblings by a shared ITEMGROUP_ID. Sold-out products and sold-out sizes must not appear in the feed at all. DELIVERY_DATE only says whether an item ships now or in a number of days.
Feedflock renders the feed per variant, leaves unavailable sizes out by default and regenerates the file every hour on a stable URL, so Stileo's hourly download always reads current stock. That matters for more than accuracy: a feed error is reported by email, and if the feed is still broken after 48 hours the shop is hidden until it is fixed.
Gender comes first in the category path
- Stileo has no gender element.
CATEGORYTEXTcarries it, and the Italian page says it outright: gender first - The path as deep as possible, one kind of product per leaf (Vestiti e gonne is a named mistake)
- Stileo's own export writes every path with the Stileo.it root; it is the export format, not a
MUST - The tree has 853 categories under 9 roots; it is not built into the app yet, so you type the path
Technical details
Like Glami, Stileo has no gender element: CATEGORYTEXT is where it learns whether a product is for donne, uomini, ragazze or ragazzi. The Italian page states the rule its Czech original only implies: the gender always listed first, right after the Stileo.it root. The path should be as deep as possible with one kind of product per leaf. A combined leaf like Vestiti e gonne lands the product somewhere useless.
Stileo publishes its tree at stileo.it/category-csv/: 853 categories under 9 roots, in the same format as Glami's export, every path written with the Stileo.it root. Keeping the root matches the export and is the best pairing bet, though Stileo's own “Corretto” examples omit it. The tree is not registered in Feedflock yet, so the template prefixes your product type and you write the rest with the export at hand. CATEGORY_ID is “non supportato”, never a feed value.
Sizes, images and the STILEO piXel
- Size values come from closed, case-sensitive lists: 38 or XL, with the sizing system in size_system when it is not EU or
INT; IT is among the supported systems - Main
IMGURLshows the product alone on a light background, at least 400 px on a side, ideal 1500 px; model shots belong inIMGURL_ALTERNATIVE - Stileo imports each image once and re-fetches it only when the
URLchanges, and Shopify's versioned image URLs handle that ITEM_IDandPRODUCTNAMEmust match what theSTILEOpiXel sends
Technical details
Size values come from closed, case-sensitive lists: you send the bare value (38, XL, One size for accessories) and the sizing system separately in size_system whenever it is not EU or INT; the supported list includes IT. Feedflock sends each variant's size option as its own PARAM and leaves the value as you wrote it in Shopify, so the option values are where to get it right.
The main IMGURL shows the product alone on a white or light background, at least 400 px on a side and ideally 1500 px, with no watermark or text; model shots go to IMGURL_ALTERNATIVE. Stileo imports each image once and re-fetches it only when its URL changes, which Shopify's versioned image URLs do for you. Just make sure your image host does not block the crawler. If you use the STILEO piXel, its item IDs must equal ITEM_ID; the template defaults ITEM_ID to the variant SKU.
The takeaway
One URL, an hourly refresh and a template that already speaks the family's per-variant XML (Stileo.it root, gender-first paths and sizes included). Your Shopify catalog stays the single source of truth, and Stileo only shows the sizes you can actually ship.
